CAET Project Management (CAET) was founded in February 2016 with the goal of providing trusted, reliable project management and owner representation for renovation and construction projects. In August 2016, the firm was certified through the Women's Business Council - Southwest as Women Business Enterprise (WBE). Since that time, CAET has grown our team, brought on new clients, and expanded into new services.
We understand the struggle of time and money. That’s why our focus and goals are to work with our clients to develop project timelines that are both reasonable and meet stakeholder needs. Our team of experienced financial analysts, project managers, and designers use project scheduling software to determine each assignment’s critical path to ensure we complete projects on schedule. The CAET team has the experience, staff, and technical resources to complete projects while exceeding client expectations.
