HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise studio featuring infrared heat and 24/7 access. We are revolutionizing fitness by combining heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help our members achieve more in less time. Our Southlake location is looking for a driven, energetic, and passionate General Manager to lead our team and grow our community!
As the General Manager, you’ll be the face of HOTWORX Southlake. You will lead all aspects of studio operations—from driving membership sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences to managing staff and ensuring a clean, safe, and motivating environment.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth studio performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales goals
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of staff and part-time sales associates
- Create an exceptional in-studio experience for every member
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Ensure the studio is always clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards
- Build strong community relationships and promote the HOTWORX brand locally
- Manage social media content and engagement.
- Previous sales or fitness management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to hit goals without constant supervision
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others succeed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
- Competitive base salary ($32,000–$36,000/year, depending on experience)
