Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development program, “Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence,” to the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. This full-day event will allow area professionals to learn how to drive business results, retain employees and satisfy customers through proven and adaptable Disney business philosophies. This day of Disney training will offer dozens of easy-to-implement, proven ideas in five core areas: leadership, people management, quality service, brand loyalty and creativity.
